Hello and thanks for browsing our website. My name is Michelle and I started this business as a way for DIY brides to save money. I love shopping and playing with all the pretty things so its a win win for me. We only offer WILL CALL (delivery is not offered), you would pick your items up a day or two before your event and then return everything a day or two after. We will have everything cleaned, packed up and ready to go when you arrive. Here’s how it works:
WHAT DO I DO: First** please contact me (email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message me on FB) to see if your date and the items you are interested in are available. Second**– Make an appointment to come on over and take a peek at the fun stuff and make sure everything you are interested in will work for your needs. Third** – Once we have figured out your rental list I will email you a contract/invoice. It will request a 50.00 non refundable deposit but it does go toward your rentals. Then your balance will be due 30 days prior to your event. You may add to your invoice whenever you would like as long as the items are available, but you may not remove items (some exclusions apply). Your items are officially booked once I receive your deposit. If your rentals are under 50.00 you would pay the amount in full and it will be nonrefundable.
SOME THINGS TO THINK ABOUT:
Bubble wrapping everything, putting in totes and wrapping blankets around items does take up some room. Please make sure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate your rentals. If your vehicle is not covered for example a pick up truck, we cannot allow some items to go out in the rain (also think about returning). We do have tarps and may be able to make it work but it’s not a guarantee.
We are located in York, SC (right outside of the Lake Wylie).
If anything is broken or damaged we will ask for you to pay for it. We expect some wear and tear and most things we can fix or repair ourselves, accidents do happen and we expect that.
