How it works

WHAT DO I DO:  First – please contact me (email at masonjarsandstars@gmail.com or message me on FB) to make sure your date and the items you are interested in are available. Second – Figure out if you are wanting to do pick up or delivery (those options are below).  Third – You are NOT BOOKED until I receive your deposit.  When you are ready to book your rentals please give me your list with quantities and I will email you the invoice/contract which will have a link to pay with a card.  You may add items to your rental list at any point as long as they are available (We will continue to rent out any unreserved items). And please do not hesitate to ask any questions as I know these things can be confusing and organizing a wedding is very overwhelming at times. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS——-

*OPTION 1 – WILL CALL – You may swing by our location in York, SC and pick up your rental items at no extra charge and then return the items after your event.  Pick up Thursday through Saturday and return Sunday though Tuesday.  Some items are not available for pick up.  Please make sure your vehicle is LARGE enough to fit your rentals.

*OPTION 2 – FREE DELIVERY with a 300.00 minimum rental (within a 50 mile radius of our shop anything further is an extra charge 1.50 per mile). We do offer discounts for our local clients (York, Clover, Fort Mill, Gastonia and Rock Hill). Please contact us for details.

OPTION 3 – DELIVERY FEE  you are interested in rentals but are not spending 300.00 for the free delivery.  Your delivery fee will depend on what items you are renting but on average we charge 25.00 per hour of driving.  Don’t forget we have to drive back to pick items back up. For example your venue is an hour away that would be 4 hours of driving for us (drop off, drive back to shop, drive back out for pick up, drive back to shop).

*DECORATING SERVICE- need an extra set of hands to help setup and decorate.  We do that too for a fee of 250.00  (4 hours of labor)

*DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS – We require a 50.00 NON REFUNDABLE deposit, it does however go toward your rental fee.  If your rental is under 50.00 then that amount would need to be paid in full and will be NON REDUNDABLE.  

*BALANCE DUE – your balance will be due 30 days prior to your wedding/event date.  If the balance is not paid within the time frame required we do reserve the right to cancel your rentals.
